Congratulations to Karen Stearn who won my Walkactive Spa Beak competition with Zest Magazine. Karen joined our Champneys Henlow Grange Spa Break in July. Here's what Karen had to say:

“What a fantastic time both me and my friend Nicky had on the Walkactive Spa Break over the last few days. I have to be honest and say I was little nervous about attending and not quite sure what to expect! But I had no need to worry, Joanna, Bee and Ange were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive!

The training was easy to understand and achievable for everyone. I felt a valued member of the group and gained confidence in myself through their continued support, guidance and enthusiasm. I feel privileged to have been able to attend the course and spend time with such an incredibly dedicated and professional team"
