During February take some time out to love yourself and to give yourself some time to look after your body and health. Pulses will soar on our Walk Time Trials in Bath, Oxford and Hyde Park and Walk Off Weight courses in Bath and London Bridge. Plus we'll be announcing new course dates for Walk off Weight, our 6 week Walk Fit course and more WTT's later this month.
