Walking Off Weight Courses

We have Walk Off Weight courses taking place in London, Oxford and in Bath this year - with more regions to follow soon! My 28 day Walk Off Weight courses are hugely popular and have been successful for everyone taking part. With twice weekly practical guided walking sessions, we have had clients enjoy up to 10 inches and 10 lbs in weightloss just by following my technique and diet and movement principles.

Why not treat yourself for 28 days and join us on our one of our courses taking place at London Bridge from January 30th, twice a week on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings for 28 days; Bath from February 7th, twice a week on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings and again from May 9th and our final course of the year there from September 5th or in Oxford from April 27th; twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and again from June 11th.
