Selecting the right clothing to exercise in is very important.

Feeling confident, warm, protected from the elements and able to move easily and comfortably is vital to be able to exercise effectively. This section of the SHOP will soon expand to offer you not only recognisable products from brands that I recommend, but also to include my very own range of kit. I'm keen to ensure that people of all ages, sizes and ability are catered for allowing everyone to be able to move well and look great at the same time!
