Moosewood is a famous American vegetarian
restaurant, well known for its world food and
innovative cooking. This is adapted from one
of its recipes.

Ingredients:
400g low-fat natural yoghurt
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsps honey
1 teasp freshly grated organic orange peel
1 teasp freshly grated organic lemon peel
pinch salt
100g strawberries or raspberries to serve
Toast the sesame seeds on an unoiled baking
tray
in a medium oven for 2-3 minutes. Cool, then
combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover and
chill for at least
half an hour.
Serve as is or topped with 100g of your favourite
berries.
