Join Joanna Hall's brand new four week Walkactive toning and firming programme. Each 60 minute Walk Firm class will combine all the posture improving and body streamlining benefits of Walkactive together with super effective toning and firming exercises for arms, thighs and midriff.
Ideal for people new to Walkactive as well as existing Walkactivers who want a follow on course from either a Walk off Weight or a Walk Fit to continue improving cardiovascular stamina. We will be getting the very best from your body in Walk Firm, using intervals, tubing & inclines to optimise energy expenditure while encouraging perfect posture and technique to get great results.
Perfect for those wanting something different from Walk off Weight or if you are super keen, you could even piggy back this course with an existing course! Participants will receive at home exercise set each week so you can continue to get the benefits!
