Joanna will be getting the very best from your body in Walk Firm, using intervals, tubing & inclines to optimise energy expenditure while encouraging perfect posture and technique to get great results.
Perfect for those wanting something different from Walk off Weight or if you are super keen, you could even piggy back this course with an existing course! Participants will receive an exerband as part of the support materials for this course, and at home exercise set each week so you can continue to get the benefits!
