A progressive 6 week course that teaches you how to get the most from your walking.Improve your posture with correct walking technique, find your own personal optimum walking pace™ to get the results you want and find out how you can tone your abdominals all while you walk. Suitable for new and experienced walkers. "I found the course very helpful, mostly in changing my thinking about walking, from feeling intimidated by the prospect of finding time and energy for "proper walks", to realising I can just fit in extra walking time here and there, using the pedometer as a reference; and also that increasing exercise can be done by adding small increments to my daily target overtime. The Walkactive technique has helped me be both faster and more relaxed when walkking. All in all, a very useful course.
