Moosewood is a famous American vegetarian restaurant, well known for its world food and innovative cooking. This is adapted from one of its recipes.
Prep time: 3 minutes Cooking time: None – yippee!
Ingredients:
• 400g low-fat natural yoghurt
• 1 x tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 2 x tbsps honey
• 1 x teasp freshly grated organic orange peel
• 1 x teasp freshly grated organic lemon peel
• 100g strawberries or raspberries to serve
Toast the sesame seeds on an un- oiled baking tray in a medium oven for 2-3 minutes. Cool, then combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for at least half an hour.
Serve as is or topped with 100g of your favourite berries.
