Hi Ian and Joanne , wow .... We did some walking!!! Great technique and great OWP !! Hoped you felt the difference in ab walking, it really helps with stability and posture!
Homework : Add 1000 steps on top of baseline , these additional steps to be completed at OWP ( no more than 8 mins to complete) See you Friday |
