If for whatever reason the product does not meet your satisfaction you may return it within 14 days of purchase, however the returned product must be in its original packaging and the item must be in its original undamaged condition together with a copy of the receipt showing the date and place of your purchase.

Postal costs to return the product must be paid by you, the customer. You, the customer, shall have responsibility for proving postage and any damage which occurs in transit so we recommend that you return the product by special or recorded delivery.

Provided you have complied with the above, we will either exchange the returned product for another product or refund you the purchase price less shipping and handling.

Warranty:
There is a 12 month warranty on all our pedometers against manufacturers defects.

During the 12 month period should there be a manufacturers defect with your pedometer you shall be entitled to return the product to us and we will either (at our election) repair or replace the defective product or refund you the purchase price. Upon inspection of the pedometer we will decide the appropriate action.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty does not cover damage that has been incurred through tampering, mishandling, accidental dropping, negligence or any unauthorized repair and general misuse.

PLEASE NOTE: The warranty does not apply to batteries, breaking/cracking the LCD display, snapping the waistband clip, washing the pedometer (or getting it wet), cracking the cover (case) and general wear and tear.
